Cleanroom LDPE Bag is mainly applied for packing items in Electronics, optoelectronics, solar photovoltaic, semiconductor parts manufacturing industries. These items need clean package which has very low particle counts.
Features:
• Material: LDPE (low density polyethylene)
• Production Techniques: Extrusion blow molding
• Film is slightly white and transparent, soft, non-toxic and odorless. It has good water resistance, moisture resistance, cold resistance, low temperature resistance, low air permeability and chemical stability.
• The film does not contain silicone oil.
• Bag size, thickness and color can be customized.
Service and quality control：
• Testing items: LPC, IC, Outgassing, Silicone oil, Rohs 2.0 etc. from the third-party.
• Cleanroom standard: ISO 14644-1:2015 (E)
