Inflatable bags become more and more popular in the logistics packaging industry and e-commerce industry. Let us briefly introduce some inflatable bags that e-commerce customers love to use.

1. Air column bag

The air column bag’ biggest advantage is its cushioning performance. The air column bag can be customized according to the shape and size of inner packed product. Generally speaking, air column bags are more commonly used for packing milk powder, red wine, electronic instruments, small household appliances, and some glass or china products, which are fragile and relatively expensive. 

2. Air bubble bag or film

The air bag style bubble film is much different from the traditional bubble film. Because its bubbles are much bigger than the traditional type, the pressure resistance is naturally much better. Most of us have experience to squeeze the air out of each bubble in the traditional bubble film by fingers. However, if you want to do the same thing to the new type of bubble, it is toughly difficult. The new type of bubble film can be used for dual purposes, both packaging and filling. For packaging, just take the suitable length of film and tear it off along the tearing line. Then, wrap the products around firmly. For filling purpose, just tear off a certain amount of bubble film and fill it directly into the gap to stabilize the inside products.

3. Inflatable air pillow bag for container

This inflatable bag is mostly applied to fill in the gaps between cartons, pallets etc. loaded in the container during the sea or land transportation. This application aims to stabilize the cartons or pallets and avoid the possible break of products after cartons or pallets falling. The container air bag is inflated by inflator machine so it will take very short time to fill one bag fully. This bag is suitable for long distance transportation, esp. for bulky products delivery.
