Application:
Valve bag is mainly used to pack granular or powdery products or flexible items such as carbon black, chemical powder, fertilizer, synthetic material, explosive, putty powder, and minerals, esp. suitable for products export business.
Features:
• The gusset sides and square bottom design makes the bag appear three-dimensional (3D) shape after material filling. This ensures the stacking stable and orderly.
• The average volume per bag is 20 kg to 50 kg. Using valve bag can raise packing efficiency, offer convenient transportation and ensure low packing leakage rate.
• Moisture barrier property protects inside materials from water or oxygen erosion.
• Using gravure printing techniques, the printing will not fall off. Currently, we can make 7 colors at most.
• 100% virgin polyethylene raw material ensures the finished film great penetration resistance. Material composition also can be customized.
• After special treatment, film works anti-slip function.
• UV resistant film can be made as per customers’ specific requests.
